Brent Boncher
concentrates his practice in the areas of contract law, construction law, personal injury, wrongful death, tree cutting
law, sales representative law, civil rights, and general litigation. He has been practicing since 2002. He
graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. degree and from Wayne State University with a Juris Doctor degree.
He is well-seasoned in federal and
state courts and appellate courts. He
has represented clients in the federal 6th Circuit court on a number of occasions. He is admitted in all Michigan Trial
Courts, the Michigan Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Michigan, and the Federal 6th
Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Boncher is a West Michigan native. He spent one year in Japan teaching English as an employee of
the Japanese government where he honed his language skills in Japanese.
Mr. Boncher serves as an alternate on the Courtland Twp Zoning Board of Appeals, has
served as the President of the Myers Lake Improvement Association, is a member of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce,
and a volunteer for SCORE (a free small business counseling non-profit organization). Mr. Boncher has resided
in Rockford, Michigan with his wife since 2003.
