Ms. Gleason (of counsel) is the newest attorney at SBR and brings with her a wealth of past personal experiences.
She has solid trial exposure from working with the Ottawa Prosecutor's Office. She also facilitated cociliation
agreements as a volunteer at the Dispute Resolution Center in Grand Rapids. She has developed a fine
business acumen which allows her to better understand issues facing business clients as a result of her years of past
experience as the Sales and Operations Coordinator at Infor Global Solutions. There, she drafted and negotiated license
agreements, prepared documents for acquisistion due diligence and financial audits, and assisted the sales department in
structuring deals to conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. She also received the P.R.I.D.E (Personal
Responsibility in Delivering Excellence) and MVP of the Americas awards while working in that capacity. Currently
she teaches and introduction to law class at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
While in law school, her endeavors
and successes included working as the Law Review Senior Associate Editor, serving as a teacher's assistant for the
Scholarly Writing class, receiving Certificates of Merit in the areas of Criminal Law and Secured Transactions and
the Raymond Burr Award. She graduated Cum Laude.
